The kit makes three different recipes of tonic syrup: an Indian-style tonic with citrus peel, a pink tonic infused with rose petals, and a spiced tonic with our signature blend of autumn spices.The process is easy and takes less than an hour, giving you fresh tonic that will last up to three weeks in the fridge. Designed for garden parties and cocktail lovers, the kit is perfect for both beginners and experts alike.

The kit includes almost everything you need to make up to 330ml of tonic syrup per batch, producing over 3.5 litres of tonic water. You’ll just need to add some carbonated water and some sugar!

  • cinchona bark, which contains quinine in safe quantities, meaning you get the characteristic bittersweetness of tonic water without the headache
  • natural, high-quality ingredients (tonic base, gentian root, rose petals, orange peel, citric acid), to make your tonic water even more delicious
  • infusing tools such as a metal sieve, a funnel, a reusable cotton filter and some scoops that will make infusing your tonic water easier than ever
  • detailed step-by-step instructions which contain information about each ingredient, as well as 3 recipes to get you started

Once you've mastered the recipes provided, you'll be able to experiment with your own blends using dried herbs, berries, or flower petals, customising your tonic to suit your tastes. Whether you want to use your homemade tonic water for cocktails or for a refreshing, bittersweet drink, you’re guaranteed a handcrafted drink that stands out.

Inside the UK:

All our kits include free and fast shipping by a tracked courier, deliveries typically take 1-3 working days to arrive. If they haven't arrived by that time then please do get in touch.

We also offer an expedited next working day shipping service, for which the cut-off time for same day dispatch is 4pm.

All of our orders are delivered by Amazon's fulfillment network, as they are able to offer an incredibly efficient and reliable service, so if your parcel arrives in an Amazon box there's no need to worry!

United States:

All our kits include free shipping to the USA by a tracked courier. Orders to the USA are sent out from our warehouse in the USA so you don't need to worry about customs fees or potential delays.

Standard USA delivery is in 3-5 working days, but there are options to upgrade to faster delivery methods when you check out.

Rest of the world:

We're currently only able to dispatch orders to the UK and USA, however we are currently working on expanding our local warehouse network to enable us to ship to more countries.
