Shipping policy

The vast majority of our orders are delivered by Amazon's fulfillment network, as they are able to offer an incredibly efficient and reliable service, so if your parcel arrives in an Amazon box there's no need to worry! 

We will do our best to provide you with tracking information promptly once your order is dispatched.

If your parcel is left in a safe place or is marked as delivered but can't be located, we would kindly ask that you take some steps yourself to locate the parcel by checking with neighbours and in any places that could be considered 'safe places'. We are a small business and it really helps us if our customers can be proactive with us in trying to resolve shipping issues.

In the event that we can't locate your parcel, we will of course do our best to resolve the situation for you, which will at a minimum consist of a replacement kit dispatched as soon as we are able to.
